About Men Meeting God
"Men Meeting God" focus is for men who grew up without a father and how to have a meaningful relationship with Him. You will be challenged and taught various time-tested precepts on how to hear Him speaking and how to walk in faith. You will be amazed as you experience the joy of the Lord.
SEEKING GOD IN THE MOMENT OF PARALYSIS
For God's child to walk with his/her Father, he/she must know the Father's Word. God the Father will never go against what is written in His Word (Bible). That then brings up the issue, how well do you know God's Word? The better you know it, the less you will fall into temptation, deception, and accusations from Satan, God's enemy. God the Father sends His children specifically designed situations to him/her. When He does that He is seeking to grow us up. He is seeking life for our best. He never sends senseless harm our way. Whatever we may find ourself in, you can know God has allowed it. You are to go to Him, using the "L" concept (below) and seek His will. If you do so, and follow the Holy Spirit's promptings you will find joy and peace. To any extent you do it in your own strength, you will find less than what you desire.

God's Key to walking with Him in the moment!!!
God's Word tells His child that He wants His child to pray without ceasing (I Thess. 5:17) and to pray in everything (Phil. 4:6). The "L" above explains how to do that. God created you so that you can talk to Him at the very same time you are talking to someone else. God gave you His Holy Spirit as our Teacher (John 14:26), and He wants us to glorify Him in all we do. In the days ahead this concept will be explained in different ways.
DEALING WITH FUZZY SITUATION,
GOD'S WAY!
You have a "good" friend who has a bad habit of lying. One day you are called into the Pastor's office, and he asks you, point blank, if your friend took some money out of the desk drawer. You happen to know, because the previous night
your friend had shown you $100.00 that he had taken following the the group. You know if you tell the truth that your friend will probably be arrested. OH NO! what should you do? You do not want your friend in trouble, yet you know the truth.
So you pray, using the "L" concept. You pray, "Lord Jesus, I want to honor You, but at the same time I do not want my friend arrested. HELP!
The next thought in your head is to say to the Pastor:" Pastor, yes I know who took the money. Now the person who took it tends to lie. I want to take his place. I will pay twice the money back, and if he was going to be arrested, I will take his place. I know what I am doing, and I pray that through this he will quit lying. Can we do that?
You do not want to do this, but it seems the Spirit is wanting you to follow Him. You go and tell the pastor! After considerable thought the Pastor agrees. He takes your check for $200, and calls the police (to be continued).
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
